Ulster University Nelson Street Gym
Having completed the University’s full campus relocation back in 2022 we didn’t think we would be moving them again quite so quickly! Due to growth the BC block Gym has now acquired its own building based on Nelson Street in Belfast. The move included equipment, gym flooring and all furniture and tech.
School of Architecture QUB
July saw DS completed the move of over 100 lecturers and post graduate students for QUB’s School of Architecture. The move involved file pack, equipment relocation, IT decom recom and storage whilst the existing offices are refurbished.
A & O Shearman
Following the merger of Allen & Overy and Shearman, two of the worlds largest legal firms DS were delighted to be involved in the Belfast site opening. We set up an area fit for a king so the new Executives could meet and discuss their future corporate strategy with the team in Belfast.
Seamus Heaney Centre QUB
Leading up to the Queens Graduation period we were delighted to manage the move of the Seamus Heaney Centre to their new home on University Road (old Open University Building) following an absolutely stunning refurbishment and fit out we moved staff offices, museum areas and many of Seamus Heaney’s own manuscripts and teaching papers. The centre if now open to tourists and is a new vocal point for the University in the heart of Belfast City Centre.
Radius Housing Richmond Court
Following the sale of their flagship Belfast Head Quarters site DS were employed as the main move contractor to plan and oversee the relocation of departments to multiple sites through NI. The move involved large scale storage until their new Priory Building offices have been completed.
Aecom Belfast Clarence Street West
Following on from their Dublin office reloacyoon DS were contracted to manage and plan the Belfast office refurbishments and mergers. As with Dublin this involved multiple sites and included all Aecoms IT, furniture, files and specialist equipment.
Aecom Dublin Hatch Street Offices
During a very busy period we were employed by a second global engineering firm to relocate their Dublin offices. The move required the merging of staff from 4 existing sites into their new serviced office in Dublin. The move is a pre curser for a larger scale project which will involve all Dublin sites scheduled for 2025.
Jacobs Architects Dublin Office Merrion House
We were delighted to be employed as the move contractor for Jacobs moves to the new high tec and sustainable Merrion House in Blackrock. The move consisted of over 200 staff including IT, files, Furniture and server rooms. Full building clearance followed before hand back to the landlord.
Citi Belfast
Following on from the successful new hardware roll out in the Citi Belfast Gateway offices DS continued with the phased work schedule through January. To date we have stored, transport and commissioned over 3000 new desk top IT kits in Gateway.
